Rex Infernus è il Nexus degli Shadowsmith, dove sorgono i loro luoghi del potere, ognuno corrotto dal Warden e ricoperto dai resti del suo Shadowsmith. Her House, il rifugio dell'Entità, si è schiantata contro una guglia ai margini del Nexus. Nell'ultimo capitolo della Dark Aether Saga, la squadra di otto purifica i luoghi del potere e affronta il Warden nel suo santuario.

La partita inizia in Her House. Il CODA 9 è appeso al muro per 500 punti e il Warden 308 per 1.450 punti. I nemici specifici della mappa sono Deathspinners e Web Mothers, due tipi di ragno, insieme a zombie e Armored e Heavy Zombies.
