Tickets

Spaceland has a second currency besides points: tickets. They come from the games of the Astrocade, the arcade of the park, from the attractions, from the challenges of the robot N31L, and from zombies killed by the traps, one ticket a kill. They buy grenades, gadgets and two weapons that points cannot buy.

The Astrocade stands to the left of the central portal of Cosmic Way, with three entrances, its own power switch, portal and Disco trap, an NV4 on the wall, and the prize counter at the back.

On the Triton roller coaster, the player shoots targets along the ride for tickets, and must also shoot the Clown Zombies that appear on the tracks before they explode. Playing every arcade game once unlocks Insert Coin.

Forge Freeze

500 tickets at the prize counter, a Wonder Weapon that can be had as early as round 2 or 3. Its beam freezes the zombies in ice, a pulse shatters them, and a frozen zombie dies to one melee hit on any round. It recharges on its own and cannot be reloaded, kills a Clown Zombie in one hit at any round, and can only be bought once. Packed, it becomes the Frostbite, then the Pop-Sick-L.

The prize carts

Smaller prize carts around the park sell gadgets, which take the place of the tactical grenade, and the Arcane Core.

Arcane Core	300

Arcane Core

300 tickets, a muzzle device fitted to the gun in hand, any gun but a Wonder Weapon, a launcher or a melee weapon, which raises its damage. It can take one of four elements, and, with the four crystals of the Weapons of Rock stored in the projector room, becomes the X-Quisite, sold 2,000 points in the jaws of the alligator.

Souvenir Stations

Five Souvenir Stations stand around the park: behind the central portal of Cosmic Way, in Journey into Space, outside the Astrocade, in the Polar Peak gift shop and in the Kepler System. Three souvenir coins, dropped by the zombies, make one prize; the colours decide which one.

The recipes

Three red make the Medusa Device, two red and a blue the Fireworks Trap, a red and two blue the Laser Window Trap, three blue or a red and two green the Sentry Turret, two red and a green or two green and a blue the Boom Box, a green and two blue the Electric Trap, three green the Revocator, and one of each the Kindle Pops.

N31L

The robot

N31L stands broken in the Junction. Its three parts, the head on a cart before the entrance of Polar Peak, an auxiliary battery and a floppy disk from the underground, rebuild it. It then gives challenges in sets of five, each paid in tickets, and finishing a set lets the players call David Hasselhoff into the game; after the third set he can be called at any time for 5,000 points.

In the First Room

Doors closed, no ticket can be spent: the arcade, the prize counter, the prize carts and the Souvenir Stations are all behind the barrier of Cosmic Way, so the Forge Freeze is out of reach.
