Las trampas siguen costando puntos, la electricidad sigue en el centro y el manicomio sigue esprintando hacia ti desde las primeras rondas. Alrededor de eso, un sistema de movimiento completo cambia lo que es una buena partida. También existen los GobbleGums: la clasificación de referencia se juega sin ellos, y las clasificaciones Classic y Mega GobbleGums tienen sus propias pestañas.

Cada ala es su propia First Room: el lado de Juggernog y el lado de Quick Revive se clasifican por separado, Double Side ocupa los dos con dos jugadores, tres y cuatro jugadores comparten el mapa completo, y Reversed invierte el reparto habitual a 3J. Nada de esto se compara con las clasificaciones de 2008.
