Quella da cui è cominciato tutto, distribuita per la prima volta come bonus dopo la campagna di World at War e riportata su Black Ops con i quattro eroi della serie: Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo e Richtofen. Un bunker bombardato da qualche parte in campagna, una barricata e un contatore dei round.

Non c'è nessun interruttore della corrente né Pack-a-Punch. La versione di Black Ops aggiunge Mule Kick nella stanza iniziale, il Thundergun e le armi di Black Ops nella Mystery Box, che si trova nella stanza Help dietro la sua porta.

La First Room è la stanza iniziale: cinque finestre, il Kar98k e l'M1 Carbine sui muri, Mule Kick per 4000 punti, e due uscite che restano chiuse, la porta Help e il divano sulle scale. Niente cani, niente boss, nessun round speciale: l'unica cosa che cambia è la velocità con cui camminano.
