The four Weapons of Rock

The Weapons of Rock are the four Wonder Weapons that the players build on Spaceland: retro blasters with eight rounds in the magazine, fired semi-automatically, that the game gives for free once their three parts are in place. They cannot be Pack-a-Punched until the Alien Fuses of the main quest are installed in the projector, and a packed Weapon of Rock is the way to bring down the UFO at the end of Sooooul Key.

Dischord

Makes the zombies dance until they die.

Face Melter

Launches the zombies into the air like rockets.

The Head Cutter, a red and yellow ray gun, model render, Spaceland, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Zombies

Head Cutter

Makes the head of the zombie it hits explode, hurting the zombies around it.

The Shredder, a black ray gun with a red stripe, model render, Spaceland, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Zombies

Shredder

Disintegrates the zombie it hits and the zombies close to it.

What every weapon needs

Each Weapon of Rock is built from three parts: a battery, a souvenir from a Souvenir Station and an elemental crystal. The crystals are all kept in the same place, behind the teeth of the Space Croc Chomp, the alligator head of the Kepler System. Before any crystal:

  1. Buy the Golden Teeth at the prize counter of the Astrocade, for 300 tickets.
  2. Lure a Brute into the jaws of the alligator just as they close: it breaks the teeth.
  3. Put the Golden Teeth in their place. A cabinet opens in the throat of the alligator, with one slot for each crystal.

The Golden Teeth

300 tickets at the prize counter of the Astrocade.

The elemental core

Each crystal needs a gun fitted with an Arcane Core, sold for 300 tickets. Once the UFOs of the projector room are out, a trap must kill a large number of zombies in a single use; its UFO then flies around the area, and kills made near it with the Arcane Core gun charge it until it drops the element. Shooting the matching slot of the cabinet with that element frees the crystal.

Souvenir coins

Zombies drop them at random in three colours: green yeti, blue spaceman and red alien. A player carries one at a time, and three coins in a Souvenir Station make a prize that depends on the colours.

Dischord

The toy disco ball of the Dischord, glowing green, Spaceland, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Zombies

Disco ball

One coin of each colour in the Souvenir Station of the alley outside the Astrocade.

Dischord battery

With the Shades that some zombies drop, the park turns black and white and red targets appear. Five of them must be shot; the battery then appears in the middle of the dance floor of the Astrocade.

Green crystal

From the laser element, charged by the UFO of the Disco trap in the Astrocade.

Dischord display

The cardboard alien display of the Astrocade.

Face Melter

Face Melter battery

Once the portal of Journey into Space is linked, throw a grenade into it: it comes back out blinking red. The grenade must then be thrown, picked up and thrown again all the way to the central portal of Cosmic Way, and into it, before it explodes. Repeated enough times, the battery appears.

Rocket ship

Three blue coins in the Souvenir Station of Journey into Space.

Blue crystal

From the electric element, charged by the UFO of the Star Mission trap, by Tuff ‘Nuff.

Face Melter display

The display by Mule Munchies.

Head Cutter

Head Cutter battery

A Cryo Grenade, bought at the prize counter, thrown at the animatronic yeti next to the entrance of Polar Peak makes it breathe ice. Zombies frozen by the breath must then be killed; when the yeti roars, the battery waits on another yeti statue, by the portal of the Polar Peak gift shop.

Yeti toy

Three green coins in the Souvenir Station of the Polar Peak gift shop.

Yellow crystal

From the wind element, charged by the UFO of the Steel Dragon trap in Polar Peak.

Head Cutter display

The display by the portal of Polar Peak.

Shredder

Shredder battery

Shoot the back of a boat as it passes on the log flume between Polar Peak and the Kepler System, then catch the battery in the jet of the coloured fountains above it, where it moves from fountain to fountain.

Alien toy

Three red coins in the Souvenir Station of the Kepler System.

Red crystal

From the fire element, charged by the UFO of the Chromosphere trap in the Kepler System.

Shredder display

The display in the underground maintenance tunnels.

Building a first Weapon of Rock unlocks the Rock On! achievement, and the four of them count towards Sticker Collector.

In the First Room

None of this is possible doors closed: the Souvenir Stations, the Astrocade, the traps and the alligator are all behind the barrier of Cosmic Way.
