The four Raven weapons

The wonder weapons of The Frozen Dawn are the four melee weapons of the Raven Lords, who sealed the God-King millennia ago. Each one is first built in a basic form, then upgraded through a trial in a room of Lost in Blood. Placed on the pedestals of the Ice Caves, the four upgraded weapons open the way to the final fight.

Fang of An’heist

The Thulian Scythe standing upright in the dark, The Frozen Dawn, Call of Duty WWII Zombies

Thulian Scythe

In the Phylactery, interact with the stone that bears the Deathraven symbol, near the doorway to the Morgue. The players are locked in for a short siege; when it ends, the Scythe appears before the symbol. It kills ordinary zombies in one swing.

  1. Kill a Corpse Eater with the Scythe to take its spine.
  2. Pick up the wire in the Crash Site, across from the M30 Luftwaffe Drilling.
  3. Place the spine, the wire and the Scythe on the altar above the pool of blood of the Phylactery, and kill zombies near it until the blade catches fire.
  4. Wait two full waves for the blade to cool, then take the Scythe back.
  5. Use any Thulian Transport. The Trial of the Deathraven begins: kill the two charged Corpse Eaters and the three Wüstlings of the arena to win the Fang of An’heist.

Upgraded, the Scythe lets its holder cheat death: after a melee kill on a fully charged Corpse Eater, a fatal blow is survived and releases a shockwave that stuns the enemies around.

Fist of Tal’rek

The Thulian Hammer standing on its head in a purple light, The Frozen Dawn, Call of Duty WWII Zombies

Thulian Hammer

It swings in a single lunge, or sideways against groups when aiming. Upgraded, it can be thrown and flies back to the hand.

  1. Take the Überschnalle battery in the debris of the Crash Site, next to the M30 Luftwaffe Drilling, and place it in the empty cauldron of the Overlook. Kill zombies near it until it is charged.
  2. Collect four T-shaped stones, in the Ice Caves, the Thulian Archives right of Schnellblitz, the Morgue behind the Geistschild and the Blood Altar across from Kugelblitz, and set them in the slots across from the cauldron.
  3. Read the runes revealed under the stones, then kill a zombie at each matching rune of the Overlook, in order.
  4. Four pillars rise. Shoot their blocks until all four show the same lightning rune.
  5. Find the Hammer, which teleports away when approached. Crawl up to it prone and interact: it flies off sideways, and the pillars catch it on the Overlook.
  6. With the Hammer, carry the purple charge from rune to rune: the Crash Site, the wall of the Ice Caves, the Morgue above the pool of blood, then the doorway of the Phylactery, then the rune under the strange wall between the Phylactery and the Blood Altar.
  7. Solve the three rune puzzles of the contraption revealed in that wall.
  8. On the Overlook, walk with the Hammer along the invisible bridge towards the pyramid. The Trial of the Stormraven begins: kill the zombies, then break the energy bubbles of three zombies with throws of the Fist of Tal’rek.

Roar of Sang’ket

The Thulian Shield on a stone in the dark, The Frozen Dawn, Call of Duty WWII Zombies

Thulian Shield

It blocks attacks when aiming and slams the ground around the player. Upgraded, both abilities grow stronger.

  1. Fill the three small pools of blood with kills: in the Ice Caves, in the Morgue left of the M1928, and on the Overlook, whose missing Bloodraven stone lies among the bones at the bottom of the Morgue.
  2. A Wüstling with the Shield on its back rises from the great pool of the Blood Altar. Kill it and take the Shield.
  3. In the Crash Site, let a Bomber blow up the debris next to the Machine Pistol to free a radio and a speaker, and set both before the great pool.
  4. With the Shield in hand, find the small pool that gives off red smoke and kill a fully charged Corpse Eater in it. A pattern appears in the blood. Repeat at the two other pools, and remember the order.
  5. At the Blood Altar, turn the radio to each pattern in that order, killing a zombie in the pool each time.
  6. Go down in the great pool with the Shield. The Trial of the Bloodraven begins: kill the zombies, then reflect the beam of light with the Shield, twice, to win the Roar of Sang’ket.

Talon of Lu’roth

The Broken Flail floating in a green light, The Frozen Dawn, Call of Duty WWII Zombies

Broken Flail

While it is held, the grenade becomes the Orb of Lu’roth: the player throws it, then teleports where it lands. A new orb comes back after a few seconds.

  1. Find the two books, one of them always behind a burning cauldron of the Overlook, and place them on the lectern of the Thulian Archives. A secret room opens beside it, with a cipher on its wall.
  2. Collect three gears among their possible spots and set them in the Gearworks, under the Archives. Kill zombies near them until the Orrery starts to turn.
  3. Stop each coloured orb of the Orrery at the position shown by the cipher, read as in a mirror. The Broken Flail appears in front of the Orrery.
  4. Throw the orb into the room above the Orrery. Charge its three Moonraven stones, one at a time, with three kills each.
  5. After each stone, find its constellation in the sky of the map by aiming with the Flail, and trace its stars.
  6. Throw the orb at the glowing Orrery. The Trial of the Moonraven begins: kill the zombies, then cross the walls of fire with the orb, twice, to win the Talon of Lu’roth.

Upgraded, the Flail can also possess a zombie hit by the orb, and, like the Perchta of The Shadowed Throne, an aimed melee hit gives back health or armor.

In the First Room

Every piece of the four quests lies past the doors of the Crash Site. Only a few parts of them wait in the Crash Site itself, the wire, the battery and the debris that hides the radio, so none of the Raven weapons can be built doors closed.
