The free Blundergat

The Blundergat of Mob of the Dead is back on Blood of the Dead. It can come out of the Mystery Box, but a free one is waiting for every player who finds the five hidden skulls. They are only visible with the vision of the Spectral Shield, and each one is collected with a throw of the Hell’s Retriever.

West Grounds skull

On the balcony beside a door, to the left of the spawn building.

C-D Street skull

In a cell, on the toilet, at the top of the makeshift stairs.

Roof skull

On a pile of boxes in the distance, to the right of the Pack-a-Punch spot.

Docks skull

On the third pylon from the left.

Eagle Plaza skull

On top of a telephone pole near the Warden’s Office.

With the five skulls, the Blundergat lies on the desk of the Warden’s Office.

Blundergat

Four barrels, one shell at a time, seven pellets a shot. Pack-a-Punched, it becomes The Sweeper, with two shots before each reload.

The Sweeper

The Pack-a-Punched Blundergat, a semi-automatic version with a two-round magazine and 120 shells in reserve.

Acidgat

The Acidgat Kit turns the Blundergat into the Acidgat. It needs the Warden’s Key and three parts:

The case

In the Transverse Tunnel, between the Power House and New Industries, near a barrier.

The motor

In Sally Port, behind a cell door opened with the Warden’s Key, just off Michigan Avenue.

The acid bottle

In the Infirmary, inside a locked cabinet on the way to the Roof.

Build the kit at a workbench and put the Blundergat inside: a few seconds later, the Acidgat can be taken out.

Acidgat

Fires bursts of acid projectiles that stick to their target, then explode.

Vitriolic Withering

The Pack-a-Punched Acidgat, with 50 shots in reserve instead of 30.

Magmagat

The Magmagat is new in Blood of the Dead. It is forged from a Blundergat:

Place the Blundergat in the fireplace of the Warden’s House. The house locks around the player.
Kill the zombies inside and walk over the essence they drop. When the three skulls above the fireplace burn, interact with them to give it back. The fire turns blue.
Take the Tempered Blundergat from the fireplace and, without firing it, run from one barrel of blue fire to the next to keep it burning, from Eagle Plaza through Michigan Avenue, the prison, the Recreation Yard and the West Grounds.
In New Industries, put it into the press across from the Mystery Box spot. Two spirits forge the Magmagat.

The fireplace

In the Warden’s House, where the Blundergat is laid in the flames and comes out tempered.

If the fire goes out, the weapon turns back into a normal Blundergat and the step starts again at the fireplace. Once the first Magmagat is forged, any player can put a normal Blundergat into the press to get one.

Magmagat

Fires a blob of molten lava that sticks to surfaces, draws the zombies and burns them.

Burning blobs

The zombies drawn to a blob catch fire and die shortly after touching it.

Magmus Operandi

The Pack-a-Punched Magmagat, with a second shot and a stronger blob, which kills the Warden if he walks over it.

Gat Trick

Kill the Warden with the Blundergat, the Acidgat and the Magmagat in a single game.
