Shangri-La:

On Shangri-La in Black Ops III, the machines are placed as in Black Ops, at random in two groups, with two machines that never move. What changed is the list: Widow’s Wine replaces PhD Flopper, and Double Tap Root Beer is the Double Tap II of Black Ops III. The machines of the original are described in the perks of Shangri-La on Black Ops.

The eight machines

With every perk of the map on a machine, Shangri-La is the only map of Zombies Chronicles that Fandom does not list with a Der Wunderfizz.

The monkeys’ bottle

A Zombie Monkey that steals a Max Ammo dropped by a zombie shows a Random Perk Bottle in its cycle, for a split second. Shot at that instant, it drops the bottle. On Black Ops III the cycle also holds the Death Machine, which it never did in Black Ops.

The Focusing Stone

The player who takes it at the end of the Easter egg gets all eight perks and keeps them for the rest of the game, even after going down.

Pack-a-Punch

The machine stands at the top of the temple stairs of the starting area, and its lower steps are missing. As in Black Ops, the power must be on, then the players stand on stone plates that sit next to small spinning statues; as many plates are needed as there are players, and the stairs rise once every spinning part has stopped. The machine then stays open for about a minute before water flushes everyone down the stairs.

The four plates

Upgrade

5000 points for the first upgrade of a weapon, as on every Black Ops III map.

Repack

2500 points for each new pack of an upgraded weapon, which gives it a random Alternate Ammo Type, such as Turned. A Napalm Zombie hit by Turned becomes friendly and explodes when the effect wears off.

The guides do not agree on solo: one says a single plate is enough, players on Reddit say the solo player has to press all four, one after the other.

In the First Room

The plate next to Quick Revive is in the starting area, but without the power it never works, so the stairs never rise. In solo, Quick Revive is the only perk machine in reach; every other perk can only come from the monkeys’ bottle.
