Our sharpest read on who owns the First Room: three maps only, Verruckt, Mob of the Dead and Depot. Verruckt counts twice, one side for each of its rooms, which makes four First Rooms across Black Ops and Black Ops II. Solo and co-op both count, from round 20 in solo, with no minimum round in co-op.

How a ranking works

A ranking gathers several First Rooms and scores a player on all of them at once. Each map and each mode carries a difficulty coefficient: a round on a punishing spawn is worth more than the same round on a forgiving one. Your total is the sum of your best round on every column, multiplied by its coefficient.

That is why a player who is strong everywhere beats a player who is untouchable on one map. The rankings reward range, not a single lucky run.

The three ZFRR rankings differ by what they demand. Three Hardest Maps takes the four cruellest First Rooms on Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops II. Black Ops III covers the whole game, remasters included. “High Rounds” rewards endurance on the Black Ops and Black Ops II maps. In total 664 ranked entries across 34 First Rooms.

Every column has an entry round: below it, a run is not listed. Each ranking states its own rules, and every score is backed by its video.
