The main hut

On Shi No Numa in World at War, the main hut stands in the middle of the swamp. The game starts on its top floor, the First Room, which has four windows, the Arisaka and the Gewehr 43. Two ways out cost 1000 points each:

The Warning gate

A wooden gate under a “Warning” sign. It opens the rest of the top floor, with the M1A1 Carbine, the grenades and the arrival of the zipline.

The stairs

Blocked by debris. They lead down to the ground floor, with the M1 Garand, the Thompson, the Trench Gun and two spots of the Mystery Box.

The four gates

From the main hut, a gate of 1000 points opens the way to each hut. The one to the Fishing Hut passes under the Flogger.

The four huts

Each hut costs 750 points to open, at the end of a path through the swamp, and holds a perk machine, a Mystery Box spot, a wall weapon and an Electro-Shock Defense at its entrance.

Storage Hut

Northwest of the main hut, the smallest, with two windows and the Type 100. Its radio plays the Verrückt trailer.

Comm Room

Northeast, with two windows, the STG-44 and the telephone of “The One”.

Doctor’s Quarters

Southwest, with two windows, the BAR and the bottom of the zipline.

Fishing Hut

Southeast, the largest, with three windows and the MP40.

Perks

There is no power switch on the map. When a hut is opened, its machine spins through the perks for a few seconds and stops on one of them, so each game puts the perks in different huts. World at War has four perks:

Juggernog

2500 points.

Quick Revive

1500 points, solo included. It does not revive a solo player in World at War; that came with Black Ops.

Speed Cola

3000 points.

Double Tap Root Beer

2000 points.

Traps

The Flogger, a spinning log covered in spikes, at the gate to the Fishing Hut, Shi No Numa, Call of Duty World at War Zombies

The Flogger

Introduced by this map: two spiked logs on wooden beams that spin for about 30 seconds, for 750 points. It is outside the main hut, over the way to the Fishing Hut; a player who goes prone, like a crawler, passes under it. A buzzer sounds when it is ready again.

Electro-Shock Defenses

1000 points, at the entrance of each of the four huts. Unlike on Verrückt, they need no power.

The zipline

  1. Reach the Doctor’s Quarters and switch on the control panel outside the hut. The car comes down to the hut.
  2. Stand on the platform and pay 1500 points. The zipline carries everyone on it to the top floor of the main hut.
  3. On the way, it kills the zombies it hits, and it can down a player in its path.

In the First Room

Doors closed, none of this is reachable: no perk, no trap and no zipline. The top end of the zipline is past the Warning gate, so it never arrives in the room either.
