Starting weapons

On Tag der Toten, as everywhere in Black Ops 4, the starting weapon, the lethal and the special weapon are chosen in the loadout before the game. The starting weapon can be the Welling, the Strife, the RK 7 Garrison, the Saug 9mm, the Essex Model 07 or the MOG 12; the lethal, a Frag, an Acid Bomb, a Claymore, Wraith Fire or a Sentry; the special weapon, Hellfire, Overkill, Path of Sorrows or Ragnarok DG-5.

The Purist board of ZFRR keeps only the Welling, the Strife and the Essex Model 07, Frag Grenades or Acid Bombs, and no special weapon.

Wall buys

Twenty-one items are sold on the walls of the map. The first two are on the Docks, the starting area:

Mystery Box

950 points a spin, on eight possible spots. The first one is drawn between Lighthouse Level 1 and the Cargo Hold, so the Box is never on the Docks.

Besides the guns of Black Ops 4, the Box holds the Ray Gun, the Ray Gun Mark II, the Wunderwaffe DG-Scharfschütze, the Thundergun, the Tundragun, the Monkey Bomb and the Matryoshka Doll. Samantha’s Music Box joins it once it has been taken from the Vault.

Matryoshka Doll

The nesting doll of Ascension, a lethal that splits into several explosive dolls.

The Ray Gun, the Ray Gun Mark II and the Monkey Bomb work as on every Aether map of Black Ops 4.

Buildables

Riot Shield

Three parts: the base on the Docks, the window in the Frozen Crevasse or the Lagoon, and the gun on Level 1, 2 or 3 of the lighthouse. It is built in the Lighthouse Station or in Specimen Storage.

Dynamite Bomb

Its three parts drop from Napalm Zombies that are frozen when they die, with snowballs, the Tundragun or the water. It is built in the Gangway, works once, and must be built four times in all: for the barricade between the Lighthouse Cove and the Beach, the one on the balcony of the facility, the one between the Sunken Path and the Lagoon, and once more for the main quest.

Heat Pack

It lets the player move faster in freezing water and freeze more slowly. Its parts lie under wooden planks in the Frozen Crevasse, the Lagoon and the Lighthouse Cove, broken by landing on them with the Flinger of the facility. It is built in the Lighthouse Station or in Specimen Storage.

Snowballs

A snowball, render, Tag der Toten, Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Zombies

Snowballs

Piles all over the map, one of them on the Docks in front of the door. A pile gives six snowballs, ten after the Frozen Crevasse totem, in the equipment slot. They kill in the early rounds and freeze the zombies later; when they run out, the lethal comes back.

Golden Snowballs

A reward of the Hermit that replaces every snowball of the map with a golden one that kills in one hit.

In the First Room

Doors closed, a game is played with the Strife and the Essex Model 07 of the Docks, the starting weapon and the snowballs of the wharf. The Box, the crafting tables and the other walls are all behind the door and the debris.
