One category
The Nuketown First Room is the street between the two houses, played with the two front doors and the truck closed. B2, whose competitive rules ZFRR follows, has a single category for it, and the Nuketown leaderboard a single board, split by player count.

Juggernog
Banned since the first rulesets. In 2023, B2’s fifth vote let a co-op team play on with the machine in the street if every player recorded the whole game; the sixth vote, in 2026, removed that option and kept the ban.
The B2FR check
In co-op, the patch reads where Juggernog will land as soon as the game starts. If it is one of the four street spots, it warns the host and restarts the level, unless the host types “idc”; the game is then marked “JUG IN THE ROOM” and cannot count.
The bus mannequin
B2FR removes the mannequin standing next to the yellow bus at the start of every game.
