Musical secrets

Dead Again

The song of Der Eisendrache, written by Kevin Sherwood and sung by Elena Siegman. Hold the use button on three teddy bears: on a chair in Samantha’s bedroom, on a crate in the cell across from the Juggernog cell, and in the passenger seat of a truck at the rocket launch pad.

Samantha’s Lullaby

The music box on the table by the bed in Samantha’s bedroom, with a tiny Samantha inside, plays a version of the lullaby mostly in a major key, brighter than the original.

Dies Irae

An excerpt of a requiem by Anton Reicha, played by holding the use button on three gramophones: on a shelf in Samantha’s bedroom, on a chair in the control room, and in the pyramid room facing the stairs to the crypt.

Disco of the Dead

In the church, shoot the Moon globe to stop it, then shoot the small rocket when it is beside it. Disco lights fill the room with an 80s-style track for about a minute, for the players inside only, as many times as you like.

Side Easter eggs

Hitting a wall with the Plunger, first-person view in Der Eisendrache, Call of Duty Black Ops III Zombies

The Plunger

Plant the Ragnarok DG-4 as a trap behind the clock of the Clock Tower, start the clock with the switch inside and stop it at 9:35, a nod to Group 935. An orb appears over the pyramid; during anti-gravity, wall-run onto the circle right of the pyramid room entrance to travel back in time, and take the plunger by the desk across from the safe. It hits like a knife; after a Panzersoldat kill it burns for a minute and kills anything in one blow, Panzersoldats included.

Skeletons

Three floating skulls, only visible with the In Plain Sight GobbleGum, hide at the ledge near Double Tap, the ledge near Mule Kick and above the door from the Upper Courtyard to the control room. Hit each with a bow, even with the splash: it reappears on a chair by the control room fireplace. With all three, every new zombie is a skeleton. Use the skulls on the chair to undo it.

The newspaper

Kill zombies with the burning Plunger next to the newspaper in the control room. The paper about a London parade changes to rumours of zombies, then to Parliament meeting over the outbreak.

Free Mega GobbleGum

Take the small plant pot on the toolbox by the Undercroft teleporter, travel back in time with the main quest or the Plunger method, and put the pot back on its toolbox. Back in the present, the plant has grown; use it for a random Mega GobbleGum that does not come out of your pack.

Panzersoldat helmet

Three Panzersoldat claws hang on ceilings, in the tunnel between the station and Mule Kick, on the raised walkway near the outdoor dragon, and in the Hall of Knights across from the power switch. Shot, a claw launches forward; each one must kill a Panzersoldat. After all three, a helmet appears on your head and blocks the Panzersoldat’s melee attacks.

The second gondola

Throw grenades into the left-hand gondola of the station before it leaves at the start. The fifth Tram Fuse of the game then calls it, with Monkey Bombs, a Pack-a-Punched HVK-30 or a Pack-a-Punched Haymaker 12 inside.

Death Machine

During anti-gravity, wall-run over the panel under and left of the large hole of the Undercroft. The first time, a Death Machine power-up appears above the workbench by the pyramid; later runs over the lit panel set off a Rocket Test.

Story pieces

A copy of the Kronorium on a desk of the Trophy Room in Der Eisendrache, Call of Duty Black Ops III Zombies

The Kronorium

Copies of the book lie in the Trophy Room, by the Moon Pyramid Device and in the teleporter room.

Groph’s radio

At set moments, Doctor Groph calls Richtofen from Griffin Station. If nobody plays Richtofen, Richtofen still answers over the radio.

Audio reels and ciphers

Reels, coded messages and scrap papers tell of Division 9 helping Group 935, and of a soldier who “simply will not die” being sent to their new island facility, the setting of the next map, Zetsubou No Shima.

The Wolf King

The last painting of the Wolf Bow quest shows Arthur, the character of the Black Ops II map Buried, mourning his master.

An MG42

Through one of the barriers of the castle, a room with an MG42 can be seen.

In the First Room

Only two secrets touch the station. The second gondola can be called with the doors closed, since both gondolas and their control panel are in the station and the fuses drop from zombies. The Panzersoldat claw of the tunnel to Mule Kick is just past the door next to Quick Revive, so it stays out of reach.
