An Austrian castle above the clouds, with a rocket on its launch pad and a dig site underneath. Der Eisendrache is widely held to be the best map of Black Ops III, for its four elemental bows and the way the whole castle works as one machine.

The bows are earned, not bought, each with its own quest, and they are what turns the map from survivable into controllable. The Panzer returns in numbers here, two at a time in the later rounds, and the Ragnarok DG-4 lets you throw a crowd into the air.

The First Room is the courtyard. Wide, symmetrical and a pleasure to run, until it is full. The Panzer rounds are the wall of this board: two of them at once, in a room with no Pack-a-Punch and no bow, is where most runs end.
