The secrets of Kino der Toten: the three meteor rocks of the 115 song, the three film reels and what Ludvig Maxis says on them, the two radios, the rocket of the Conference Room, Richtofen's book and the messages hidden in the theater.
Kino der Toten has no main Easter egg quest. What it hides is a music Easter egg, three film reels, two radios and a lot of details in the walls. Except for the first meteor rock, everything here is outside the First Room or needs the power.

115, the music Easter egg
Hold the use button on the three meteor rocks; a strange sound plays near each one. When the third is activated, “115” by Kevin Sherwood, sung by Elena Siegman, starts. It can only be played once per game.
Lobby: on the ground floor, in the corner by the right staircase, on a stand under a glass case.
Back room: the room between the Alley and the stage, on a shelf of the bookcase full of letters, next to a barrier.
Dressing Room: near the MP5K and a window, on the same kind of stand as the first, its glass case fallen off, with mannequins leaning on it.

The film reels
Three reels with the Group 935 logo are hidden each game, at random, in the four rooms the teleporter can send players to on the way back from the Pack-a-Punch.
Samantha’s room
On the table, on the bed or against the rocking chair.
Dentist’s Office
On the cart next to the chair or on one of the two counters.
Conference Room
On the television, under the projector or on the table.
Samantha’s room, destroyed
On the bed, against the overturned table or near the window.
Teleport to the projector room and hope to pass through a room with a reel.
Press the use button on the reel to pick it up.
Teleport again, and press the use button facing the projector of the Pack-a-Punch room to load it.
The theater screen plays a short film while Ludvig Maxis speaks.
Reel
On the screen
What Maxis says
1
A scientist with a chemistry set, the letters E, A and R, then “935”
The test subjects have been under treatment for five days with little progress
2
Zombies and the numbers “115” and “110”
He had the projectionists edit the film, and the changes work
3
An eye, the letters JD, the number 5 and the Group 935 symbol
Subject two-six responds to the treatment and follows basic instructions
Once the three reels have been played, a small rocket on the table of the Conference Room can be launched on the next trip.

The radios
Radio 1
Inside the chandelier hanging in the theater. Maxis says the deployment can be accelerated if patient two-six keeps the impressions more than 26 hours.
Radio 2
At the top of the tower seen from the Alley, through the barrier next to Double Tap Root Beer. Maxis reports that patient two-six was destroyed after attacking a handler when a fire alarm went off, then someone knocks at his door.
Shoot a radio, or hit it with an explosive, to play it. A third radio only exists in the Black Ops III remaster.

Hidden details
Richtofen’s book
After the spawn, in the room the left door opens, a book on the floor bears the name “Edward Richtofen”.
The Box map
At each Box spot, a chalk map of the theater marks the Box location with a green light once the power is on.
“The element is here”
Written behind a wall, after the upstairs room is opened. A nod to Element 115.
“Beware of the 6”
Written in the spawn room.
“Manhattan Down”
Spelled by letters on the floor of the room with the letter-filled shelves, as in the loading screen intel.
The Pack-a-Punch chalkboard
“Experiment 935 was successful”, “I know it was you Richtofen”, “Help”, “115 Uup” and more, next to anatomical drawings of a zombie and a Hellhound.
The dressing crate
By the barrier lit in green in the Dressing Room, something can be heard thumping inside a crate.
The bleeding mannequin
A mannequin of the Dressing Room has a bloody mark on its chest; shot there, it bleeds.
The pods
Pods in the theater seem to hold monkeys, and one by a curtain has broken open.
The Eye of Providence appears twice, on a canister under the staircase and on a book inside a barricade, and “Knowledge itself is for the taking” is scrawled above the power switch.
