The weapons of Shangri-La on Black Ops: the M14 and Olympia of the starting area, every wall buy with its price and place, the Spikemore, the Bowie Knife, the Mystery Box and its spots, and the 31-79 JGb215 shrink ray with its upgrade, the Fractalizer.
Every game of Shangri-La starts with the M1911, the knife and frag grenades. The starting area, the First Room, sells two weapons: the M14 and the Olympia, 500 points each. Pack-a-Punched, the M1911 becomes Mustang & Sally, a favourite of high-round players.

Mystery Box
950 points a spin. It starts at one of two spots, drawn at random: the cave by the AK-74u or the waterfall, near Mule Kick. It can later move to the starting area and to the power room, across from the power switches. A light in the sky shows its spot from the start of the game.
It holds the CZ75 (single or dual wield), the Python, the Spectre, the FN FAL, the G11, the FAMAS, the AUG, the Commando, the Galil, the HS-10, the SPAS-12, the Dragunov, the L96A1, the RPK, the HK21, the Ballistic Knife, the Crossbow, the China Lake, the M72 LAW, the Ray Gun, the 31-79 JGb215 and the Monkey Bombs. Only one Crossbow, one Ballistic Knife and one 31-79 JGb215 can be in the game at a time.

31-79 JGb215
The wonder weapon of Shangri-La, the “shrink ray” of the game files, with a little green statue on top. Its shots do no damage: they shrink every zombie in the blast, which gets a big head on a tiny body. A shrunk zombie dies from one hit or from a kick when you run into it, and does almost no damage to you. Regular zombies grow back after a few seconds; Shriekers and Napalm Zombies after an even shorter time, and a shrunk Napalm Zombie explodes with very little force.
31-79 JGb215
5 shots a magazine, 30 in all. From the Mystery Box only.
The Fractalizer
Pack-a-Punched, 8 shots a magazine and 40 in reserve, with a much longer shrink. It is needed in the Easter egg.
A classic way to clear a horde with it: group the zombies, shrink them, then finish them all with an explosion, such as a Semtex or Mustang & Sally, with PhD Flopper to stay safe.

First Room
With the doors closed, the arsenal is the M1911, the M14 and the Olympia, plus the frag grenades. The Box never comes into reach, and the Pack-a-Punch stays closed without power, so neither Mustang & Sally nor the 31-79 JGb215 can be used in a First Room game.
