The perk that debuted on Buried, sold for 3000 points in the church. Leroy breaks the debris in front of the church, or you fly over it with the Paralyzer.

See through walls

Perks, wall buys, chalk spots, the Mystery Box and the Pack-a-Punch show up through walls at short range, and glow brighter.

Drops

Zombies sometimes leave a little ammo for the weapon in hand, or 5 to 20 points.

Green gas

Some zombies release a green cloud when they die. Stand in it and the other zombies lose track of you for as long as the perk icon glows.

Easter egg

Only a player with Vulture Aid can see the wisp on Richtofen’s side of Mined Games.

The mansion bottle

When the mansion’s windows are lit, cross the house and kill every Ghost: the last one drops a Random Perk Bottle. It comes back about every five rounds.

Power

The power switch on the second floor of the Candy Store in Buried, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

The power switch is on the second floor of the Candy Store, and it can be turned on as early as round 1. The way there from the start: drop out of Processing into the Quick Revive tunnel, drop again into the Barn, then head for the Candy Store next to the Saloon.

Pack-a-Punch

The Pack-a-Punch machine at the top of the spiral staircase in the maze in Buried, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

The machine stands in a gazebo at the end of the maze, next to Stamin-Up, at the top of a spiral staircase.

  1. Turn on the power in the Candy Store.
  2. Open the way to the mansion: give Leroy Booze so he breaks the debris, or jump the gate with the Paralyzer or a Trample Steam.
  3. Cross the mansion, with its Ghosts, and go out the back into the maze.
  4. Find your way through the hedges, whose gates keep changing, up to the gazebo.

Pack-a-Punching a weapon in round 1 without anyone using the Bank or the Weapon Locker earns Awaken the Gazebo.

The legend of the machine

Later games tell where the Pack-a-Punch came from: Jebediah Brown, the blacksmith of Purgatory Point, built the very first one in 1885 on the orders of two “angels”. His mother is the Ghost of the mansion. The extended Pack-a-Punch jingle of Der Riese already sang about “Old Jeb Brown the Blacksmith”.
