How building works

Die Rise has three buildables. Each needs parts picked up around the map and carried one at a time to its workbench: a player holds a single part, and picking up another drops the first. The elevator keys take the same slot. Once every part is on the bench, the finished item can be taken from it.

Trample Steam

A Trample Steam set down under red lanterns in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

A spring plate you set down anywhere on the ground. After a moment to prime itself, it flings whatever steps on it: zombies and Jumping Jacks die at once, players fly a short distance. It is how you cross the gaps between the towers that are too wide to jump, and it cancels fall damage, whatever the height. Its name is a play on “trampoline”. Zombies can get stuck in it while it primes, and it eventually breaks from wear; take another one from the workbench.

All four parts are found in the spawn room or in the room next to it, through the first door. Each has two possible spots:

The chicken wire, a Trample Steam part, leaning against a wall, Hold for Part in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

Chicken Wire

To the left of the first door you can buy, or through that door, against the wall on the left.

The motor, a Trample Steam part, on the lobby desk in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

Motor

On the lobby desk, or in the corner next to the collapsed stairwell.

The bellows, a Trample Steam part, on the rubble in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

Bellows

Halfway up the stairs on the left of the lobby, or straight ahead, leaning against the wall on the right.

Flag

Next to a broken chair at the bottom of the right-hand stairs of the spawn room, or at the top of the escalator, leaning on the rail.

Grenades and Semtex can destroy it, and it cannot fling a downed player. Fling ten zombies in one game for the Vertigoner achievement. Four Trample Steams are needed on both sides of the Easter egg.

Sliquifier

The Sliquifier workbench in the power room, parts added on the blueprint in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

The wonder weapon of Die Rise. Unlike the Jet Gun of TranZit, it is held as a primary weapon, not in the equipment slot. Its four parts are all in the tower with the power switch; reaching them all, power room included, costs a single door, and the debris on the staircase can stay shut, since an elevator also reaches the floor above it.

Mannequin Foot

The stock. Near the top of the staircase, next to the television. It never moves.

Gas Canister

In a green cage next to the workbench, or on a table near the power switch.

Handbrake

The grip and trigger. On the tables by the elevators in the power room, or by the fridge near the workbench.

Wires and discs

The body. On a barrel next to the debris, or on a wooden stand upstairs in the room with the showers and washing machines.

In co-op, only one player can take it from the bench; the others have to find it in the Mystery Box, where it also goes back if its owner dies or swaps it. Its splash can hurt and stun you, but rarely kills. Kill five zombies with one shot for Slippery When Undead. The game also holds an upgraded version, named “Sl1qu1f13r”, whose goo lasts about twice as long.

The NAV Table built with its parts on the dragon rooftop in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

The table that links the three Victis towers. Its parts only appear on Original difficulty, all on the dragon rooftop of the second tower, and it is built under the tower.

The table, a NAV Table part, on the floor next to an air vent, Hold to grab Part in Die Rise, Call of Duty Black Ops II Zombies

Table

Under the metal walkway, next to an air vent.

Radio

Facing the stairway that leads downstairs, on the floor to its right.

Meteorite

To the left of the Claymores, in a pile of trash.

Electrical Box

Climb the scaffolding next to the dragon, drop to the Semtex platform, then down in front of a lone elevator. It leans against a building.

The Navcard of TranZit is the one this table accepts. The Die Rise Navcard, in the PDW-57 room next to two glass display cases, goes to the table on Buried.

In a First Room game

Some Trample Steam parts can lie in the spawn room, but its workbench is behind the door, so nothing can be built in a First Room game.
