The Pack-a-Punch of Gorod Krovi is not in the city: it sits in the Hatchery, a building reached only by riding a dragon. Getting there takes the power, three Groph Pods and the Dragon Network Controller. None of it can be done from Belinski Square with the doors closed.

Gorod Krovi:
Pack-a-Punch
How to reach the Pack-a-Punch of Gorod Krovi: the power in Dragon Command, S.O.P.H.I.A., the Code Cylinders and Groph Pods, the Dragon Network Controller, riding the dragon to the Hatchery, then the Dragon Strike lockdown and the Draconite Controller upgrade.

Turning on the power
The power switch is just past the entrance of Dragon Command, to the right of the stairs. Turning it on also wakes S.O.P.H.I.A., the artificial intelligence of the building. Press the button under her console, which flashes green, to start the next step.
Code Cylinders and Groph Pods
Once S.O.P.H.I.A. is awake, zombies sometimes drop a Code Cylinder. A player can carry only one at a time. Each colour goes into its own console:
Blue
The console of Dragon Command.
Yellow
The console of the Supply Depot.
Red
The console of the Tank Factory.
A cylinder placed in its console calls a Groph Pod, which falls somewhere in the open part of the map under a green beam of light. Zombies go for the pod at once, even between rounds, and its light turns from green to yellow to red as it takes damage. Kill about fifteen zombies close to it, shocked by the pod to show they count, and it opens on a part of the Dragon Network Controller. A destroyed pod costs nothing but time: the next cylinder brings the same part.
- Turn on the power and press the button under S.O.P.H.I.A.
- Kill zombies until one drops a Code Cylinder, then place it in the console of its colour.
- Follow the green beam, defend the Groph Pod and take the part inside.
- Repeat until the three parts are collected.
- Place them in the Dragon Network Controller, the console in the middle of the Operations Bunker.
After that, every new Groph Pod defended gives a power-up instead of a part. Having Stamin-Up before calling a pod helps in solo, since a pod can land far away and already be damaged on arrival.
Riding the dragon

With the controller built, a red dragon can be called for 500 points at any of the three stations: Dragon Command, the Tank Factory and the Supply Depot. There is only one dragon to ride, so it can only be at one station at a time. Hold the use button to climb into the saddle: a short cutscene flies over the city and throws the player into the Hatchery.
Riding from all three stations is one of the conditions for the Dragon Wings. Once they are worn, calling the dragon is free, and a pole by each station sends the wearer straight to the Hatchery, about twenty seconds faster.
The Hatchery
Top floor
Where the player lands. Three barriers, a GobbleGum machine, a mounted MG42 for 1000 points and the crystal of the Dragon Strike.
Ground floor
The Pack-a-Punch, with four barriers and a Flinger Trap on each side.
Basement
The incubator for the Dragon Egg and the sewer grate. Dropping into it brings the player back to Belinski Square.
The first upgrade costs 5000 points. Every new pack of the same weapon costs 2500 and gives it a random alternate ammo type: Blast Furnace, Dead Wire, Fire Works, Thunder Wall or Turned. Weapons upgraded on Gorod Krovi take on a scaly camouflage in random dragon colours.
The Dragon Strike

The Dragon Strike is earned in the Hatchery, at the crystal of the top floor. Interacting with it starts a lockdown: in co-op, every player must touch the crystal.
- Interact with the crystal on the top floor of the Hatchery.
- Survive four waves of zombies, Russian Manglers and Valkyrie Drones. The first three come through one side of the building at a time, the last through every barrier.
- Take the Dragon Strike from the crystal.
The round is frozen during the lockdown, kills give no points and the Pack-a-Punch is off. A Max Ammo floats in the air near the Pack-a-Punch until someone jumps for it. Surviving gives 500 points and the achievement Not One Inch.
The Dragon Strike sits in the equipment slot. Aiming it shows a green target on the ground; firing it draws the zombies to the spot, then a dragon bombs it with fireballs. It has one charge, refilled each round and by a Max Ammo. Indoors, the fireballs hit the roof.
The Draconite Controller
The upgraded Dragon Strike does more damage over a wider area, with red fire, and holds two charges. Progress is shared in co-op.
- Kill about 40 zombies with the Dragon Strike. A loud dragon roar marks the end of the step.
- Mark the red Iron Cross flags outside the map with the Dragon Strike. There are four at the start; after the roar, one stays per player in the game.
- Go back to the crystal of the Hatchery and start the lockdown again. During each of the four waves, use the Dragon Strike outside the building; it refills every 15 to 20 seconds during the event.
- Take the Draconite Controller from the crystal.
