Wittenau Sanatorium, rebuilt for Black Ops III in the Zombies Chronicles remaster. Same walls, same windows, the same split spawn, and the perks where they have always been.
The traps still cost points, the power is still in the middle, and the asylum still sprints at you from the first rounds. Around that, a full movement set changes what a good run looks like. GobbleGums exist too, but a First Room record here is played without any.
Each wing is its own First Room: the Juggernog side and the Quick Revive side are ranked separately, Double Side holds both at two players, three and four players share the full map, and Reversed flips the usual 3P split. None of it compares with the 2008 boards.

Verrückt counts in one ranking. The difficulty coefficient multiplies every round reached here, which is how a round 30 on a tight starting room can be worth more than a round 50 on an open one: Two Hardest Maps (solo 10, two players 6.1).
Verrückt is remembered for Wittenau Sanatorium, the perk machines' first appearance, the electric barriers, sprinting zombies and the Jugg side and the Quick Revive side. Weapons and wonder weapons: MP40, Sawn-off Shotgun, Thompson, Ray Gun and Bowie Knife. Perks on the map: Juggernog, Quick Revive, Speed Cola and Double Tap Root Beer.
First Room is the purest discipline in Call of Duty Zombies: no Pack-a-Punch run around the map, no easter egg, no train through open ground. You hold the spawn room of Verrückt, you keep the doors closed, and you push the round counter as far as the horde allows.
