The Giant
BO3
Der Riese rebuilt on the Black Ops III engine, with the original four back where the story began. Same factory, same three teleporters, same fly trap in the courtyard, and the Wunderwaffe DG-2 back in the box.
What changed is everything around the map: GobbleGums that could rewrite a round, which no record here may use, a full movement set, and zombies that reach you far faster than they did in 2008. It is the same geometry played at a different speed.
The First Room is the same courtyard as on Black Ops, and it plays nothing alike. That is why this board is kept separate from the original: the two runs are not comparable, and putting them on one table would tell you nothing.

The Giant First Room
The The Giant First Room leaderboard on Zombie First Room Rankings tracks every verified run held in the starting room of The Giant, on Call of Duty : Black Ops III. 234 records are listed here, and the best rounds on record are 54 in solo by Barddz, 50 in two players by copkillaaa, 44 in 3 players by Original_Mxter and 43 in 4 players by StrangeGuy_3000.
The Giant counts in one ranking. The difficulty coefficient multiplies every round reached here, which is how a round 30 on a tight starting room can be worth more than a round 50 on an open one: “High Rounds” First Room (solo 4, two players 3.1).
The Giant is remembered for Der Riese rebuilt on Black Ops III, the three teleporters, Pack-a-Punch in the mainframe and the catwalk. The crew: Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki and Edward Richtofen. Weapons and wonder weapons: Wunderwaffe DG-2, Monkey Bomb, MP40 and Ray Gun. Perks on the map: Juggernog, Quick Revive, Speed Cola, Double Tap Root Beer and Mule Kick.
First Room is the purest discipline in Call of Duty Zombies: no Pack-a-Punch run around the map, no easter egg, no train through open ground. You hold the spawn room of The Giant, you keep the doors closed, and you push the round counter as far as the horde allows. Every high round, world record and personal best on this page is backed by its video and checked against the reference boards before it is listed.
Rules / Informations
Black Ops III First Rooms follow the community's competitive rules for the game: doors stay closed, every round is played in full, and no glitch or exploit is allowed.

A run must come with its full gameplay, with sufficient game audio, no HUD covering and no theater mode; cheating, cut footage and unannounced breaks are refused. The rules specific to each map are listed on its leaderboard.
