Five

BO1 PC : available Xbox : available PlayStation : available Plutonium : available

The Pentagon on the night of the outbreak, with Kennedy, Nixon, McNamara and Castro as the four playable characters. Five is the only Zombies map where you play as historical figures, and the only one where a thief takes your weapon and runs off with it.

Three floors linked by lifts, a defcon puzzle that switches the power, the Winter's Howl in the box, and the Pentagon Thief who appears on his own round and has to be chased down before he escapes with what you are holding.

The First Room is the briefing room where the four of them spawn. Furnished, closed, with short sight lines and a table in the middle that breaks every route you try to build. The room fills quickly and there is nowhere to open it up.

Five First Room

The Five First Room leaderboard on Zombie First Room Rankings tracks every verified run held in the starting room of Five, on Call of Duty : Black Ops. 84 records are listed here, and the best rounds on record are 51 in solo by Umesco, 44 in two players by Da_Gho, 35 in 3 players by Waad and 33 in 4 players by TzT_Nightmare.

Five counts in one ranking. The difficulty coefficient multiplies every round reached here, which is how a round 30 on a tight starting room can be worth more than a round 50 on an open one: “High Rounds” First Room (solo 7.7, two players 7.2).

Five is remembered for the Pentagon war room, the Pentagon Thief, the defcon switches and the lifts. The crew: John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, Robert McNamara and Fidel Castro. Weapons and wonder weapons: Winter's Howl, Thundergun, M1911 and Ray Gun. Perks on the map: Juggernog, Quick Revive, Speed Cola, Double Tap, PhD Flopper and Stamin-Up.

First Room is the purest discipline in Call of Duty Zombies: no Pack-a-Punch run around the map, no easter egg, no train through open ground. You hold the spawn room of Five, you keep the doors closed, and you push the round counter as far as the horde allows. Every high round, world record and personal best on this page is backed by its video and checked against the reference boards before it is listed.

Rules / Informations

We do not maintain our own ruleset. ZFRR follows the competitive First Room rules written and maintained by the player Zi0 on his site B2, the reference used across the Zombies community.

B2 gathers the global rules (no memory tools, no macros, no out-of-bounds glitches, no emulators) and those specific to the First Room category: doors stay closed, fast ray, rapid fire and the fast-throw grenade glitch are forbidden, while fast knifing and split-screen remain allowed. Every change is voted on publicly.

Lowest round on the board

This ranking has no fixed entry round. The column below shows the lowest round currently on the board : beating it is enough to appear.

First Room	Mode	Lowest listed
Five	Solo	11 22 listed
Five	2P	10 40 listed

Game versions and platforms

The version the game is played on is part of the rules. A run played on a platform or a client refused below is not listed, whatever the round or the time — and a run already on the board is removed from it.

Call of Duty : Black Ops

Platform	Rule
Steam The host must show the files of the `zone/Common` directory and launch the game from the executable itself, not from a shortcut.	ALLOWED
Plutonium The anticheat output must stay visible : the text in the upper right corner and the checksums in the upper left corner are never covered.	ALLOWED
BGamer Same requirement as Steam : show `zone/Common` and launch from the executable.	ALLOWED
Xbox 360 / One / Series	ALLOWED
PS3	ALLOWED
PS4 / PS5	ALLOWED
Wii	NOT ALLOWED

A run that breaks these rules is not accepted, whatever the round reached. If a username, a nationality or a score looks wrong, tell us through the contact form.
