Nine achievements need something beyond the two paths of the spawn area: water, the KT-4, the Skull, the shield, the Trials or the Bunker. In the Belly of the Beast is the only one that needs nothing behind the doors, but it needs a co-op game, since a Thrasher never swallows a player in solo.
