The Gift

The song of Revelations, written and performed by Kevin Sherwood with Elena Siegman and Malukah, plays after holding the action button on three teddy bears, each sitting on a chair.

Mob of the Dead

At the entrance from the Mound, left of a mysterious surgery patient.

Kino der Toten

In the theater, in front of the podium.

Verrückt

At the start of the hallway that leads to the jump pad.

The chalk table

A table downstairs in Nacht der Untoten can hold a weapon: to store it in solo or hand it to a teammate in co-op. Unlocking it also puts an M1927 on a Der Eisendrache wall for 1750.

Turn on low gravity in Der Eisendrache, then pick up the pink chalk on top of a narrow carved pillar in the Undercroft hallway, between the VMP and the pyramid.
Hold the action button on chalk drawings to erase them and draw them elsewhere, in this order: under the spot where the Undercroft dragon stood in Der Eisendrache; on the floor of the Verrückt electric trap room, before the Box spot; on the wall of the curved staircase to Juggernog in Nacht der Untoten; on the straight staircase next to the Mob of the Dead portal; low on the wall by the left entrance to the infirmary in Mob of the Dead; behind the Kino teleporter, above a mannequin; and back at the infirmary.
A chime confirms it.

Only one weapon fits on the table, any player can take it, and it does not leave the Box pool, except the Thundergun and the Apothicon Servant, which exist once.

Takeo’s katana

The Path of Sorrows, seen in the cutscenes since Origins, can finally be used, as a reward of A Better Tomorrow.

In a game with at least one player who finished A Better Tomorrow, a spark hums in the headlight of the broken truck in the House.
Play the main quest up to the Kronorium step. Only then take the spark: any hit from an enemy loses it for the rest of the game.
Teleport to Samantha’s room with it and place it on the wooden chest marked with a chalk “?”.
Back on the map, the katana is on the wall at the top of the big staircase in Shangri-La, for 500 points.

It kills in one hit up to round 42. For the rest of the game, every weapon bought off a wall or out of the Box comes out Pack-a-Punched, Li’l Arnies included.

More secrets

A free perk

Once low gravity is on in Der Eisendrache, a perk bottle floats high above the Corruption Engine. Wall run towards the engine on the wall right of the pyramid and jump through a crack to reach it.

Monty’s jingle

Drink the Perkaholic gum, wait for Quick Revive to play its jingle, and knife the machine three times: Monty sings it.

Radios

Thirteen, spread over Origins, Der Eisendrache, Kino der Toten, Verrückt, Shangri-La and Mob of the Dead. Maxis and Monty await Primis, McNamara hides from the attack on the Pentagon, Cornelia sends a warning about Der Riese, and Sally, a Hollywood producer looking for the lost Call of the Dead crew, the soldier John “Banana” and a reporter hired by Mr. Rapt tell their own stories.

Wisps

Monty’s wisps appear after round 6 and the Shadowman’s after round 12, with extra wisps of Monty about the characters in Nacht der Untoten.

Ciphers

Fourteen coded messages hide around the map, the first one reading “The many worlds are now one.”
