Blacksite 13, a Project Janus prison on Terminus Island in the Philippine Sea, on February 19, 1991. Broken out of their cells by the smuggler Maya Aguinaldo and William Peck, Weaver, Grey and Carver fight through an outbreak to find Maya's brother Nathan, held in the island's labs.

A game starts in the Holding Cells, where the GS45 hangs on the wall for 750 points. The enemies are zombies, Armored and Heavy Zombies, Janus Security, Manglers, Vermin, Parasites and Amalgams.

First Room is the purest discipline in Call of Duty Zombies: no Pack-a-Punch run around the map, no easter egg, no train through open ground. You hold the spawn room of Terminus, you keep the doors closed, and you push the round counter as far as the horde allows. Black Ops 6 First Rooms are tracked in a single category, Purist: reach the highest round you can without opening any door, every round played in full, no glitch or exploit.

Purist means none of the game's help: no Field Upgrade, no Crafting Table, no Arsenal, no GobbleGum, no Support, no perk and no Mystery Box, and no Self-Revive beyond the one a player starts the game with.

Full gameplay is required, and every player's point of view in co-op. Every game is played on the most recent patch; saving and quitting or crashing the game to void a down or a game over is not allowed. The rules of each map are listed on its leaderboard.

Game versions and platforms

The version the game is played on is part of the rules. A run played on a platform or a client refused below is not listed, whatever the round or the time — and a run already on the board is removed from it.
