Paradox Junction

BO7 PC : available Xbox : available PlayStation : available

Paradox Junction is a pocket of the Dark Aether that holds Nuketown, stuck in a time loop between the moments before and after a nuclear test. The Warden banishes the crew of eight there after they free two of his Shadowsmiths. Two ghostly twin girls help them break the loop by destroying the Dark Heart, while the crew learns that the Warden was once Jack McGregor, a Confederate soldier.

A game starts in the Cul-de-Sac, between the Yellow House and the Green House. Every Rad-Hound round throws the town into the other era, and a Temporal Conduit lets players switch on demand for 3,000 points (1,500 solo). The enemies are zombies, Armored and Heavy Zombies, Rad-Hounds, Shock Mimics, Doppelghasts and mannequins.

Paradox Junction First Room

The Paradox Junction First Room leaderboard on Zombie First Room Rankings tracks every verified run held in the starting room of Paradox Junction, on Call of Duty : Black Ops 7. 6 records are listed here, and the best rounds on record are 159 in solo by Ghxstleader, 105 in 2 players by Ghxstleader and 97 in 3 players by Ghxstleader.

Paradox Junction is tracked outside the rankings: its records earn no ranking points, because no ranking takes it. It does carry a difficulty coefficient — solo 4.1 and two players 4.3 — which is what weighs its rounds in the ZFRR rating of the players who hold them.

First Room is the purest discipline in Call of Duty Zombies: no Pack-a-Punch run around the map, no easter egg, no train through open ground. You hold the spawn room of Paradox Junction, you keep the doors closed, and you push the round counter as far as the horde allows. Every high round, world record and personal best on this page is backed by its video and checked against the reference boards before it is listed.
