Ashes of the Damned

A patchwork of places torn from the real world and dropped into the Dark Aether, each one at a different point in time, all linked by roads lost in a deadly fog. It begins at a twisted copy of the Janus Towers, built in Liberty Falls in 1989 and swallowed by the Dark Aether in 1991, then reaches Vandorn Farm, Blackwater Lake, the frontier town of Ashwood, the Exit 115 rest stop and the Zarya Cosmodrome. Straight after Reckoning, Weaver, Grey, Carver and Maya team up with Dark Aether versions of Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo and Richtofen. A new enemy, the Warden, drains their essence. They cross the fog in Ol' Tessie, a pickup truck driven by the head of T.E.D.D., to hunt down the Shadowsmith Veytharion. It is the largest round-based map ever made.

A game starts in the Janus Towers Plaza, where Ol' Tessie and T.E.D.D. are first found. The CODA 9 hangs on the wall for 500 points and the Warden 308 for 1,450 points. The enemies are zombies, Armored and Heavy Zombies, Ravagers that scavenge salvage in packs, Zursa (zombified bears) and Uber Klaus.
