BO2
An old western town sealed inside a cave under Angola, Paradise. Buried closed the Black Ops II season with a gunsmith, a witch's house, a saloon and a giant named Leroy who breaks down walls for a handful of candy.
The map brought the Paralyzer, the Time Bomb that rewinds the game, and Pack-a-Punch behind a wall only Leroy can open. The Ray Gun Mark II hides in the box, and the Mystery Box itself sits down in the Processing area.
The First Room is Processing, the stone chamber where you drop into the cave. Narrow, low, with two exits that both feed the same corridor, and no room to run a proper loop. The rounds stay low here for a reason: it is one of the tightest starting rooms of the game.

The Buried First Room leaderboard on Zombie First Room Rankings tracks every verified run held in the starting room of Buried, on Call of Duty : Black Ops II. 79 records are listed here, and the best rounds on record are 40 in solo by Kaprizka, 43 in 2 players by swagrobuc, 43 in 3 players by Zeetaa and 43 in 4 players by ZombieKiller 3819.
Buried is tracked outside the rankings: its records earn no ranking points, because no ranking takes it. It does carry a difficulty coefficient — solo 4.2 and two players 3.4 — which is what weighs its rounds in the ZFRR rating of the players who hold them.
Buried is remembered for the western town sealed in a cave, Leroy the giant and his candy, the ghost in the witch's house and the Processing area where you drop in. The crew: Russman, Abigail "Misty" Briarwood, Marlton Johnson, Samuel Stuhlinger and Leroy. Weapons and wonder weapons: Paralyzer, Ray Gun Mark II, Time Bomb and Remington New Model Army. Perks on the map: Juggernog, Quick Revive, Speed Cola, Double Tap Root Beer, Vulture Aid and Who's Who.
First Room is the purest discipline in Call of Duty Zombies: no Pack-a-Punch run around the map, no easter egg, no train through open ground. You hold the spawn room of Buried, you keep the doors closed, and you push the round counter as far as the horde allows. Every high round, world record and personal best on this page is backed by its video and checked against the reference boards before it is listed.
